Hold Fring'ez with bend toward you. Push outward on tabs of cut bar and move to appropriate notch.
Grasp fleece, open Fring'ez by lifting up on underside of cut bar, pull fleece into Fring'ez and down to the bend. Make sure fleece is straight and up against bend of Fring'ez by running closed blades of scissors down each slot on top of fleece. Make sure to repeat on opposite side.
Cut fleece in each slot.
Once you've cut in last slot, slide Fring'ez down, straighten fabric and repeat.
